"In December 2007 Audio Video Architects installed a very complicated system in my house that involved a video projector, incorporating existing television and other equipment, TIVO, a 4-way switch, RF universal remote, and extensive exterior wiring, cabinetry, and in-wall speaker installations. While such system was definitely expensive, I know that others charge considerably more for the same installation. My only concern was that a company be available several years down the road when something goes wrong or some piece of hardware needs replacing and/or the software in the universal remote system needs changing. Shawn Neal was quite knowledgeable about good quality (but not exorbitantly expensive) equipment and can distinguish what's junk from what's a good deal. He didn't try to up-sell but did wisely steer me off some penny-wise-but-pound-foolish short-cuts. Shawn and his associate were relentless in coming back for later fix-ups and adjustments, clearly demonstrating enormous professional pride in their work. They care, they're personable, and they're fair."
